Todd and Sarah Hudson were both saved at the age of seven. Todd was led to Christ in Bloomington, MN, by workers in a summer vacation Bible school ministry of his local church. Sarah trusted Christ as Savior through a church plant in rural Ohio. Todd had been burdened for full-time Christian service since childhood. After graduating from college, he spent the summer abroad including a week in Austria. He tried to find some Bible-believing missionaries there, but only found one. This lack of missionaries helped confirm God’s call for him to go to Austria.
     The Hudsons arrived in Austria in 1997 after Todd's ordination and completion of a doctorate in education. Following language study, they began meeting for Sunday services in their home in July 1999. The church grew to a small group rather quickly. In November, 2006, the church was able to purchase their own facility. Two services are conducted each Sunday in both English and German. Outreach includes street preaching, children's and teen ministries, weekly Bible studies for college and career, ladies, teens and the church body. Vienna is a very international city, host to every nation in the world (attracted by the United Nations and OPEC headquarters). The work is just as broad and extensive as the people who live and work in Vienna.
